The Rules
- Any Turtle, in good standing may run, and score, in as many or
as few races as they wish.
- The points from a maximum of 7 (out of 12) races will count toward
the RRS standings. If a Turtle runs more than 7 races then the 7 best
performances will count.
- Scoring (Scratch and Age-Graded divisions):

- The August handicap race starting times will be developed from the race
times aquired during the year. There will be no age/gender grading as the
handicapping system will adjust for that. Anyone who hasn't posted a race
time during the year can run in this race with an estimated handicap time
plus a 90 second penalty
